SHIPPING

For all Australia-wide deliveries, we send out via express post the next day. Australia wide express post costs a flat rate of AU$10.


EXCHANGE

When you receive your new item and for some reason are unhappy with the size or fit of your garment, please contact us at sales@harlowonline.com.au or on 0421 067 694 within 48 hours of the date of delivery. You will then be sent an email containing an Exchange Authorisation Number and instructions on returning the garment. Once the garment has been received and has undergone a quality control check to ensure the garment has not been worn and the tags are still in place, your new size will be dispatched. Please ensure you include a self addressed express post satchel to send your new item back. Exchanges will not be permitted after 7 days from the date of purchase. 
 

REFUND

If you would like to return your purchase, please contact us at sales@harlowonline.com.au or on 0421 067 694 within 48 hours of the date of delivery. You will then be sent an email containing a Refund Authorisation Number and instructions on returning the garment. The garment must be sent back within 7 days to be eligible for a refund. Any items returned after the 7 days will receive a store credit only. Once the garment has been received and has undergone a quality control check to ensure the product has not been worn and the tags are still in place, the full purchase amount will be credited (less postage costs) to the purchaser’s credit card or account. Refunds will not be permitted after 7 days from the date of purchase.


SALE ITEMS

We do not refund on sale items, however we will gladly offer you a store credit if you wish to return. For sale items being returned for an exchange or store credit, the garment must be correctly returned in accordance with the details contained within this page, within 7 days of receipt of your order.
